Just go there and enjoy whatever you do.

1.Cabildo.
2.Casa Rosada.
3.Cathedral Metropolitana.
4.Plaza Dorrego.

If you are going to Buenos Aires, you should make time to see Río de la Plata if you can. It offers an amazing view of some of the largest cities in the country. The beaches her are really nice and calm, not too many waves.
