Caro Signor Bruni!
My apologies for not having written sooner to thank you. Believe me, I only hesitated because returning from beautiful Florence has made me sad! My friend and I had a most wonderful stay at the apartment in Borgo Pinti. It was beautifully furnished with comfortable sofa, chairs, and beds. Gorgeous frescoes covered the ceiling and doors. The photo on your website was not only accurate, but the apartment was even more beautiful in real life! It was tidy and clean and the kitchen afforded us everything we needed for ourselves and guests. Lorenzo was prompt meeting us with keys, phone, etc. and made the check-in process easy and welcoming. Being the architect who renovated the apartment, he was able to provide us with many interesting details about the history of the building. And thank you, Mr. Bruni, for your timely and consistently attentive consideration.

I have but two suggestions that might make this wonderful place even better. In the bedroom with single beds it would be good to have some sort of desk or small dressing table to be able to lay out one's jewelry, makeup, etc. (I used the other single bed for this purpose)

It would be very helpful to have internet access in the apartment. High speed access is not that uncommon these days and really quite affordable. It would be a great thing for people like me who need to do a little work or even want to look up schedules for events listed on posters around town that note a web address. I found myself running up and downstairs to the local Internet cafe quite often.

We tried to leave the apartment as we found it, but I forgot to tell Lorenzo, that the first glass I picked up from the cupboard was severely broken on its edge. I nearly cut my lip on it. Perhaps the people who clean could be a tad more thorough in inspecting the glass-ware. I left it on top of the cupboard where he could see it and discard it.

But, of course, these things I mention were minor inconveniences. As I say, the apartment was lovely and we would certainly stay there again if available. Also, I'd be happy to recommend your services to anyone interested.

Sincerely,
Judy Tate
