Martino, thank you for the opportunity to comment on our stay in Campuccio Apartment 1 during the month of March, 2005. It was, in a word, wonderful. The apartment was more than we had imagined, and was bright, spacious and efficient. It was particularly well located, being within easy walking distance to the Ponte Vecchio, yet just far enough away from the tourist crowds in front of the Pitti Palace to make it quiet and peaceful.

Our landlord, Allesandro, was amazing. He was friendly and helpful beyond the call of duty. The few times when we voiced any concerns, he responded immediatly. He even supplied us with a cell phone so that we could contact him anytime.

We have no hesitation in recommending the apartment. We would certainly seek to rent it again the next time we are in Florence. We would then look forward to meeting up with Allesandro again.

We hope that the forgoing comments are useful. They are certainly heartfelt.

We arrived home on Friday around 3:30 PM our time, 12:30 AM your time.

We had a very good time in Italy. My daughters wanted to stay in Florence longer. Maybe another time we will be able to return. I hope so.

The apartment was great. The location is perfect. If anyone I know is going to Italy, I will certainly recommend you to them.

I just want to say how wonderful our stay in Campuccio 1 was! This apartment was perfect for us because of the price, the location and Alessandro. He was the perfect, perfect landlord: quick to act when there was a problem and very kind and giving.

I really appreciated our stay and my mother felt the same way: quiet, spacious and bright.
