Comment: I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful apartment. It was wonderful to stay away from the "touristy" part of town, but still be within walking distance to the museums,etc. The apt. seemed bigger to me than the pictures I saw on the net. The local restaurants were wonderful and it was easy to use the bus system to get around the city. Christina was so helpful with last minute museum tickets, cell phone rental and any other details that concerned me. She was so pleasant and willing to help. I had a great time in Florence and I would highly recommend this apt.

Comment: We are back in New Orleans! we all loved firenze and loved the apartment. It is magnifico!!! anyway, the location of the apartment really added to the trip. we felt like we were in a typical residential setting, away from the tourists. also we loved having our morning machiatto with Lola and Mauricio across the street. they are very nice, we intend to return to Firenze again for a longer time, perhaps 2 weeks, and will be contacting you for the apartment. grazie grazie ciao ciao, Barry and Marciann, Abbey and Ari

Very nice apartment. Good location. Crossing the Ponte Vecchio to get to the central museums always adds a special element to the walk. Apartment is near little shops of all kinds. Easy to shop for food and wine. I like the nearby market at Santo Spirito. The apartment kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Good roomy bet for us tall people. Last but not least, Cristina was a dear. Very helpful with any questions that I had.Good luck Cristina. Jim

Iil mio lavoro consiste nell'organizzare un evento in ogni suo aspetto: in produzione il lavoro è sottoposto ad un grande stress e ad un ritmo decisamente sostenuto, le cosa da fare sono tante e richedono tutte attenzione e cura. per questo motivo il supporto per la logistica della sig. cristina è stato prezioso ed il servizio flessibile e impeccabile. i nostri ospiti hanno potuto soggiornare in un ambiente raffinato e familiare che li accoglieva ogni sera al rientro dopo un'intensa giornata di lavoro garantendogli uno spazio in cui potersi realmente riposare e rigenerare, cosa rare da trovare in una qualsiasi stanza d'albergo.

I really loved my stay at Chiesa 1. The house is perfectly located, close to the city centre, but still in a local neighbourhood with few tourist. That gives a feel of real, florentine life. High standard, all amenities worked well, but still in a house from the 16th century with a nice feel of history about it. We will return to Florence some day, I´m convinced of that, and will be hoping to live in this great apartment again.

The apartment was much bigger then we expected even from the pictures. It was clean and spacious and has everything you might need (including pots, dishes, a refrigerator and a French press for coffee). It is a short and scenic walk from anywhere you would like to be in Florence and very close to the Palazo Pitti. It is a few minutes walk to many restaurants, bars and cafes. Christina is incredibly helpful with everything from directions and suggestions to replacing a light bulb. She is available whenever you need them. Cosimo was at our apartment to greet us when we arrived and he was helpful with our luggage and showing us around, Christina arrived a short while later and they could not have been more accommodating.
I have only wonderful things to say about our experience in this apartment and working with Christina. We will stay there the next time we are in Florence as well and have recommended it to all of our friends.

We found the spacious one-bedroom apartment, recently remodeled with a classic Tuscan design, to be very charming and comfortable The appliances and furnishings are all rather new and function very well. There was plenty of room for my wife, young daughter and myself. When I consider the great condition of the apartment, its ideal central location, and the reasonable price, I would say that we found ourselves a great deal. We have traveled throughout Italy quite a bit, staying in a number of hotels and apartment rentals - this, by far, was our best renting experience of all.

In comparison to other apartments we have rented in Paris and Rome, yours is by far the nicest: larger, cleaner, better furniture and wonderfull " atmosphere ". It is also well located. Of course the noise in the bar at the corner on fridays´and saturdays´nights were part of the fun and rarely unbearable. Nice support when needed from the part of the owners. Arthur

I'm Régine Prat from France. On Easter 2004 we spent a week in Florence with my family and enjoyed the situation of the apartement in a very central place, and nice environement.
The apartemnt itself is very convenient with comfortable furniture and disposition (large shower, good beds ..).It's easy to come back home for a lunch and a rest moment before running out for a new vistt of the city!

Thank you for your email regarding the books, but its not necessary to send us these books, we had finished reading them and thought someone else might enjoy reading them as well and therefore left them for another guest at the apartment.
