Dear Martino,
Thank you for your email. We were very impressed with the Unit in Florence. We found that it was central to all the sights so we were able to walk around and not worry about public transport. We found your staff ( I can\'t remember the name of the man who met us ) Extremely cooperative, flexible and helpful. We appreciated having the basics there when we arrived ( soap, toilet paper etc) We loved the apartment but found it a little noisy at night. We will recommend your company to others.

we are leaving the apartment at 18:00 today. We have cleaned up and left some food and drink on the table if you want it. Everything was very good. We love Florence and we will return in the future............ Take care. Wesley
