Thanks for reminding me. I had planned to send you comments when I returned, but as you can imagine after being away from home for a full month I had a lot to catch up with. Anyway, thanks to you we had a remarkable trip in Florence. The apartment was great; it was centrally located, in a great part of Florence and it had a wonderful old world charm which was just what we were looking for. The only negative thing was the beds. They were either too hard or too soft (too soft in the bedroom that over look Via della Vigna Nuova and too hard in the other bedroom). But we managed to work through it and still had a very, very memorable trip. I will most definitely think of your company if I plan another trip to Florence. Let me know if you have apartments in other cities because I plan a one month trip every year. Thanks again. Brenda

Hi Martino, We had a great time in Florence in Parione apartment. Elevator not working part of the time was the only problem but Frederico was great at responding when we phoned him about it and he was able to fix it so we could get our luggage downstairs. There was some womens underware under the pillow of the first bedroom when we arrived so we were not sure if the bedding had been changed in that room. Dear Martin - we had a great time, revisting favourite places. The flat was in a great situation - close to hotel family were staying at(helv.bristol) and within alking distance of some of our favourite places. It was well presented and clean. The only slight disadvantages were -small sitting area, but this didn't bother us as we ate out most evenings, and the front bedroom was noisy, but you can have no control over loud, drunk americans! The lady who met me was charming. We would certainly think about using flat again on a future visit. thaks. jane
