Hello,
I had a very good time at Sprone Studio and I had no problems really. The only issue I had is that three days before I left for Canada, the super of the building changed the lock at the entrance and .informed all the tenants via a notice at the entrance where they could pick up the new key. Because the notice was in Italian, I didn't understand why my key never worked until the evening before I left. Other tenants let me in regardless. Luca was not aware that the locks were to be changed either since the super had not contacted him. I don't know if there is policy you can implement to avoid this sort of mixup. Other than that, I had a very good time in Florence and I am very glad that I contacted you for my living arrangements.
